DUE TO COVID 19, WE HAD A VIRTUAL SUMMER RETREAT THIS YEAR ON ZOOM. ONE OF THE THINGS WE MADE WERE SOME OF KAREN KOTECKI'S DRAGONFLIES OR BUTTERFLIES!

Judy Lister weaving her 1st basket solo!

Diane Rausch weaving a Karen Zane rump (after 14 yrs. of it being a UFO!) It is finally finished!
Donna Coates made this 4" little cutie with raffia.

Elizabeth L. is weaving a wow! basket cart.

Collaboration from Jackie T. - Rebecca put a few different weaves together and had her unfinished basket at the last open weave.  I loved it, took a picture and came home a made me one.  We are calling it 4-part Harmony.

Sandra McElroy and her Sante Fe Five basket.
Diane R. wove the Mini Hearth basket for her Safe Place basket.
Rebecca Switzer “Hanna’s Marriage Basket” and Rita Mroczek “Hanna’s Marriage Basket”
Weaving the classics.
Both Rita Mroczek and Rebecca Switzer wove the classic basket “Hanna’s Marriage Basket”.
Rita, who has been weaving for less than a year, was inspired by natural on natural. A beautiful classic piece with bamboo handles.
Rebecca used cane for the weavers, she dyed all the materials in the same dye bath, the inside of the basket is uniform in color. This is a variation on a timeless classic.
